Great information about reframing your thpughts when anxious prior to a job interview.

Also good suggestion to use this time while not working and in isolation to prepare and be ready when the job opportunities do reopen again.

Listening to this has made me focus on what I want in the future and look at what I have to do now to make it a reality.
